Team Morgan Wins Annual KEDC Scholarship Golf Tournament at Eagle Trace.   Team Morgan
Cougar Tennis is Competing at State Ashton Whitt Serving

Cougar Tennis Team is competing at the State Tennis Tournament (pictured is Ashton Whitt serving).  Ashton has advanced to the round of 16 as of this posting.  Members of the Morgan County Tennis team have served (see what I did there?  Tennis reference) our district and community very well.  Jacob Elam, Ashton Whitt, Kennedy Trusty, Emily Hammonds, Ashton Jones, and McKenzie Daniel.

Cougar Track Team Shows BIG at State Tournament Students who medaled at the State Track & Field Tournament

The Morgan County Track Team did themselves and our community proud as they brought home quite a bit of hardware.  Michael Prater, Kailee Perry, State Champions in long jump, 800 meter and 1600 meter run.  Michael Prater high jump and triple jump.  Krista Perry 3rd place finish for 300 meter hurdles and 4th place finish in the 100 meter hurdles...  At STATE!!  That's not all!  The girls 4x400 relay team placed 7th, the team consists of (Krista Perry, Kailee Perry, Jenna Hampton, & Faith Bolin).  Joshua Adkins finished 7th in the 800 meter run, the boys 4x200 meter relay broke a school record...  Again.  They are made up of (Josh Adkins, Kaden Riley Ballinger, Kevin Howard, and Michael Prater).  The remainder of the team didn't medal, but EVERY member ran their season best.  Congratulations to our Track Team!

Summer Time is HERE! Summer Feeding is also about to begin

Morgan County Schools will be sponsoring Summer Feeding for any school age kid!!!  Morgan County Schools is providing meals to various locations around the county for the month of June.  See list for times and locations <CLICK HERE> for newspaper article.

Camp Kindergarten

Camp KIndergarten is designed to provide an opportunity for your upcoming Kindergarten student to become aquatinted with Morgan Central Elementary and meet their classmates.  This will help ease the transition as they begin school.

Grandparents Day Breakfast September 15

Students can invite a grandparent or someone special to eat breakfast on Tuesday, September 15.  Be watching for permission form to come home with students.

Little Leaners

Little Learners is a program designed for children between the ages of 3 and 5 to get them involved in learning. 
Your child will enjoy a healthy snack while listening to a story.  When story time is over you will help them make a fun craft that they will take home.  
This program is offered at all Elementary  Schools.
